I have the Version 1.0. I am moving to a new PC (in preparation for AE [:)]) and am wondering with patches do I need to move to 1.806.

I hope not all of them!!

1.804 Comprehensive then 1.806.

Right - i believe the 1.806 is labeled 1.806 revised, but there should only be one available for download... just don't get an old version from someone else (or on an old backup) that might be floating around.
