First signs of trouble at Port Moresby - supply level is in orange. And I will need to send an armed escort to accompany any supply convoy.

Soon... soon. An AD, just in from California, is busy rearming all the ships stacked at Manila. I don't think I've ever seen a ship with "1005" used ops (typically the max is 1000).

I am reinforcing the northern shore at a hectic pace. All four main bases now have coastal gun emplacements, and a total of 830AV is on the way to Wyndham. I wonder: was this a diversion, or a genuine attempt to claim the land of Oz?

I got just over a brigade at Port Moresby; further attempts to reinforce it failed at a loss of 2 transports - there's a base force stranded northwest of it, slowly crawling to rejoin the main force. It seems that IJA is truly interested in that region, and I am having to recall RAN back from Luzon area. The question is, how long are IJN Mutsu and Nagato are going to be there? RAN Australia and RNZN New Zealand won't be a match for them, and I am hesitating to divert USN dreadnoughts down there.

Having been able to hold on to Hong Kong is probably the best thing that has happened to me in this game so far. There aren't many repair ship facilities available in WPO; aside from edges of the map, there's Pearl Harbor, Sydney, Singapore, and Hong Kong. That's all.

And I'm using Hong Kong for all it's worth, and more.
