OK so Jess rushed my one Tiger and one marder with ONLY 9 M10's !!!! I concieded the hex and moved back one hex and am awaiting his next onslought. Shoot I'll have to get new paint for that Tiger now, all scratched up!

Jess is determined to take this hill..........

His 75mm arty. is quieting down...I assume they don't like the 150mm rain!!!

I'll try to hold him for a few more turns.......

back to you Jess

North Hill Battle......looks like South Hill Battle........a few Tigers and motorcycles against...........lets count..............15 m10's,
Lees', shermans.......I'm fighting a loosing battle but surrender isn't an option! If I had about 15 more Tigers I could give him a fight!

CHARGE OF THE MAD M10!

He took out 1 Tiger on north hill.....;)

I am loosing the battle now...I fear I dont have enought to finish him off...

I killed 2 more tigers this turn..but I am facing many 88 Flak/ATs that out range me for sure...and Big Bill still has a few Tigers floating around..I hold the Hill and north hill...Big Bill holds south hill...I can only hope to hold him off until my Infantry make the hill.

Jess is loosing the battle!!?? Must be playing a different game. I think I killed 3 more of his tanks but I'm still out numbered at least 4 to 1:( IT was a great fight though, I would be honored if he could give me a re-match

:o :o Jess, 2 tanks left?????!!!:o :o I have to say you have 3 less now but I still count at least 8 to my 1 Tiger:rolleyes: Talk about disinformation!!

major tank battle on the north hill, Jess seems to have stopped his massive calvery charge, now in a classic reverse slope defense.

Jess is dug in on the reverse side of the south hill

He doesn't like my special forces runnung around in his rear area's

I don't have enough left to retake the hills but I will fight to the last man!!

Well I don't see any of Jess's troops moving to the rear, on the contrary he's now charging the hill with his mobil Arty. and m15's

My special forces platoon is giving him all kind of fit's in his rear, they distroyed a few of his 75's, his AO a few turns ago, plus they are spotting for my arty.

I feel the tide is finally turning my way

Unless he has some armor hiding where I can't see it I think my one remaining Tiger can clean up the battlefield some...

It was a geat tank battle in the desert, a lot of fun...

That's basicallywhat it was, peddle to the metal, if I would have been able to reach the hill before Jess it whould have been much worse for the Allies, I never played Jess before so I really didn't know much about his style. It was a close game.

What settings/procedure did you use to take the pics? I have Hypersnap DX4, but due to my immense ignorance I can't take pics of SPWAW like that. What did you do?

My last turn......JUST LOOK AT THIS HILL!!!!

if only I did not waste my infantry on the very slow moving flanks I may have won this....

Great Game Big Bill!!!

CCB,

open Hypersnap DX4 before SPWAW, I use the basic settings...when you have the shot set up hit ctrl, shift and A, then save the shot where you want it!

Game over

Post by Big Bill »

It's over we fought to a draw, very little cover for a feness game, M4's and hellcats dukeing it out with Tigers, If I would of been able to get my armor and 88's to the top of the " Hill " first I think I would of stopped the US charge in it's tracks. Fun game overall and could of gone either way at times.

Bigbill :)
