I have the West Point atlas for Europe and the Med, plate 54 and 55 are probably what you need, but I unfortunately don't have a scanner. Are you trying to find a specific division's location, or just where divisions were located in general?

Don't know how detailed you want the info....but for starters try this link:

It breaks down the different units by color and gives you an idea of where they were stationed. Hope this helps...I'll seek out additional information for you and post it when I get home...(still at my brothers house.)
