Weather in WIA

Birth of America 2: Wars in America is the much expanded reprise of veteran developer AGEOD’s acclaimed first release, which allows players to command either side of the conflicts before, during and after the American War for Independence between 1636 and 1815. Apart from the engaging turn-based strategy play that has been expanded and vastly improved over the original, Birth of America 2: Wars in America includes major new features like an improved and expanded map including the Mississippi River, new European off-map boxes (France, Great Britain, Spain, Holland) and more.

Weather in WIA

Post by Lord_Stanley »

Hi, recently played WIA, have a question about the weather.

I had snow in PA in June, it was limited to the mountains yes but some around Pittsburgh too.
Also snow in Texas in April.
I know that weather was a problem in the very early version of BOA but was it not "fixed" for WIA?
Did I miss a patch?

Thanks.

Hi!
What patch are you using?? the latest one is 1.04c
I don't recall experiencing strange things with the weather on WIA. I remember some on AACW but were fixed lots of patches ago
Each game year things are different so maybe you get some "very slim chance of snow" happening to you.
Also, as you know, back then before the global warming, weather was colder... [;)][:D]
Cheers

Ok, no problem,it was maybe the "slim chance", I will watch it closely during my game to see if it happens again.
