I have been looking at GPW and noticed there are Subs, transports and truck convoy units.
Transports could be used for Para drops, but what are the others used for?

Can the subs intercept lendlease?

As the Axis are you best to go for killing as much of the front line troops or drive as far into Russia as you can while blitzing?

Transport planes are also used to air supply cut off units.... very handy!

There are other naval units in the game as well so subs can fight them. The subs you can move do not affect lend-lease.

As the Axis it's best to try and bypass and cut off as many Russians as possible. Fighting them all will cost you too much men and marterial that you don't really have the production to replace. Use teh first turns of spped to drive by and isolate the Russian front line units... they'll be out of supply pretty quick and useless from then on.

I'm sure others will chime in.... there's lots of ways to skin a cat... err.. Russian![;)]

A sub operating in the Baltic Sea might prevent you as Axis player to face a landing of Russian troops in your back. Russia might send out cargoships from Leningrad.
