I haven't touched their org chart! [:D] And I think we are allowed to make suggestions. Nobody has to take any of them seriously.
You will notice that I didn't complain about
my problems with the time. I could send in a turn every day, if I could be reassured of diplomatic email turn around. I am ready with my next turn right now. But I am sitting on it for two days. Waiting. In case a diplo response necessitates change. I had most of my turn work planned out by 6PM today. I can do my wheeling and dealing by phone if needed and have the turn out on the same day.
I was just reacting to Prussia's legitimate problems getting emails out this last turn. It seems like every other turn, someone has a legitimate reason for a day long extention. I am the one with plenty of time on my hands at the moment. I can't expect everyone to have that luxury as well. And I certainly don't expect everyone else to sit by their computer waiting for PBEM diplo email to come rolling in every day AND get a response out. Some people have a wife. Or are students. I am lucky I am in neither of these boats at the moment (having shed my wife 10 years ago). I work at home and I can stop to do anything I like to at any time. If Prussia has no problem with the two day turn around, then I don't either.
