pilot replacement

okay I found this kind of odd... I am playing against the AI in the summer of 43' scenario as the US and I have some fighter squadrons that will have 24 planes and over 60 pilots while I'll have another fighter squadron in some cases that are closer to Noumea and Brisbane that will have the same amount of planes but only like 20 pilots...why is that? should replacement pilots go to the squadrons that need em?

and why is it that if a squadron has 50 pilots for 24 planes...why do only certain pilots fly all the time? that kills the fatigue level...if they would trade off every day they could fly non stop LRCAP all the time

I dunno if this is really a bug or not but its annoying...

ya wanna know what would be cool?...a option that lets you transfer pilots to different squadrons so you can take a little manual control of where your pilots are goin...but that could get complicated...

One thing I've notice while mucking around with the editor is that there are a lot of pilots assigned to various squadrons with various delays. Maybe whats happening (WAG) is that some of your squadrons have low losses and the hardwired (in the editor) replacement pilots keep showing up. As far as the squadrons that are short on pilots, I have seen this too, and don't have the foggiest ideal why this happens.

Intstead of saying were the pilots should go, maybe a sliding scale as to which squadrons get priority of replacement pilots and aircraft. Also the ability to select which squadrons you what to have aircraft upgrades would be very nice.

Or somethin ...I just would like to be able to make the pilot replacements a little more balanced...what ever it takes ya know
