1.08 Bug - IMA Merc Screen Issues

1. I'm playing the 1.08 beta on easy, I just had my first deaths in a battle, yet the Mercs are still showing up on the IMA web site with a red tint and even answer the phone. Do Mercs not die when playing on easy?

2. The Merc Ysmsay? picture is blacked out (not one of the mercs killed), when you select this Merc his picture appears normal (right side of screen) when you call him on the phone.
