Are there any promo's for Harpoon Commander's Edition ?

Not since the H3ANW + HCE bundle but that is a long time expired.  This fall marks the 20th anniversary of the computer games so something will happen, even odds it will be a special (more expensive) package rather than a cheaper promotion of some sort.

Hrmmm...

Ya know, I would consider buying ANW if a deal came up but I already own HCE and still own the previous H3. A package deal certainly wouldn't pull me in. [:'(]
