Nebie Questions

Post by Forrest37 »

Just got the game today and have a couple of questions......

1) Do Engineer units need supply to function?

2) If you transfer air squadrons do you lose damaged planes?

3) Does supply get funneled through New Guinea trails to interior bases or do have to fly it in?

4) Do supplies arrive automatically in Brisbane/Noumea/Truk....at what rate?

Thanks in advance....Bill.
While not disgruntled he was far from gruntled....

1)Yes

2)I think the planes stay in the original base until they are repaired. Once they are repaired they link back up with their original squadron.

3)I would like to know this as well.

4)Yes, at an infinite rate. They will always be at 90000 supplies, 90000 fuel.

3) I have noticed that the Kanga force at Wau gets a constant trickle of supplies come in overland.

Yeah, and BTW what do you do with the 100 fuel Wau starts out with?? Can you run gunboats up the mountain and refuel them?

I think Noumea starts out with 60k fuel and supplies and increases as the base builds up to 90k when it gets to a level 9 base.:)
