NewB Question Part VI: Leader-Ship Skill

Hey
I know if u have more leader ship skill u can have more ppl in the team. but what will happen if:
I have 4ppl on team
ONLY ONE have leader skill to have 4 ppl
and the ONLY ONE who have skill has been killed
than what will happen to the other 3 (since they don't have enough skill to lead 3ppl)
DO they leave or...?

Also what does RECON do? below Leader Skill

Oops, that never happened to me, but I'd think they won't leave. Of course, you'll have to train another jock to be the leader.

Hmmm, it seems you prefer learning by doing rather than reading the manual beforehand. Ok, there are two important effects: First, for a non-moving titan there's a modifier that improves the chances of not getting hit in woods. Second, running from one wooded hex to the next can be done in a shorter time, if your jock passes a skill check. You will get a message saying so.

Well, your loss really. It'd be a lot easier and faster for you to read a few pages than posting questions here and waiting for replies. And you're being quite lucky the RTFM crew isn't on your tail

About your question, no, they won't leave (happened to me). But you cannot hire any more jocks until you raise the new leader's leadership skill.

The recon skill is also used to calculate scanner link stability BTW.
