Incorrect Batter

This has been happening to me for the last few games (that I've noticed). It's the very first batter of the game, but it's showing the second batter at the plate, and has him highlighted. However, the game and text reflects it correctly, as if the first batter is up. I'm not sure if this happens on home games; I'll check at my next one.

P.S. The invisible Lefty Davis got a lead off home run to start the game.

Strange. I have never seen this happen.

Yeah, it's very strange. I'm not sure how many games it's been doing it now, and I haven't gotten to a home game yet to see if it does it there, too. I can't imagine what would cause it to start doing this.

Are just SOL if we have problems with this game at this point? Is it basically just supported by the community until the new game comes out, whenever that may be?

I figured out what causes this. If you go into your lineup during the pregame screen and then select Show Other Team you will get the result depicted in the image above.
