Using WITP and Tracker with dual monitors?

I am thinking of setting up dual monitors and wanted to know if i can run WITP on one and Tracker in the other? I have no idea if i can so i wanted to see if anyone else is before I do something silly[:D]

As long as your PC can handle it, there is nothing preventing that. I run both at the same time on my laptop and where it's displayed shouldn't matter.

But this is the theory, which is about all you can say with Windows...[;)]

Floyd

Delete the trackerdb.* files.
Copy the pwsdll.dll file from the game folder to the WitPTracker folder.
Try running the WitPTracker.bat again.

It works for me.You have to run witp in windows mode so the mouse can access the 2nd monitor.

There's a free utility called MultiMon taskbar which puts a taskbar on the 2nd monitor and shows only those apps being used there.

I do that on a single monitor. You have to run WiTP in windowed mode.

I used to run two monitors on a PC and had no problem with this... now I run two monitors off a Mac and have even less problems, I use Parallels to run witp and witp tracker in Coherence mode - but I'm just kinda showing that I can now.....

Seriously there's no problem, but its best to run WITP in windowed mode on a PC dual monitor set up.
