Roosevelt and Marshall, by Thomas Parrish is a good one, and you get 2 bio's for the price of 1!

General of the Army - George C. Marshall, Soldier and Statesman by Ed Cray. Good read. Be warned from what I remember it has to be close to 1k pages.

I'll second this one. It's actually 735 pages (had to get my copy to check the title, and found it was already recommended). But, as anarchyintheuk says, it's a good read!
