Is 2 x 2 Multiplayer possible?

Is it possible to organize a multiplayer game of more than 2 players? In other words could you have maybe 4 players, one fighting as Americans, One as Commonwealth and two as Germans, by assigning different players different areas of the map? Just curious.

I would think, at a minimum, you could pass around the save file like multi player WITP.

WAR and TLD (The Longest Day) support H2H for more than that you would have to play CCMT (Close Combat Modern Tactics)
