Quick question about France in 1796 - no Ironwarrior please!

Quick question about France in 1796 - no Ironwarrior please!

If I opt to remove Nappy in a peace treaty, does France still get the +50 Nat. Morale from "charismatic leader"?

If it is a +50NW _from_ the Napoleon Great General icon, I wouldn't think France would get the benefit any longer.
