(HCDB-081124)

HCDB updates are cumulative.

You can play the latest scenarios, as well as any other scenarios produced with earlier versions of the DB, including the stock scenarios that come with the game, with the latest version of the HCDB.

Right now, that latest version happens to be HCDB-090427.
