Uncommon Valor Database editor ?

sorry for the cross forum post but people may not go to the UV forums any more.

does any one know if a database editor was ever released for UV ? or if any of the witp editors will work with it?

Things like a/c and weapon stats cannot be changed, which is a shame as it would breathe new life into the game.....
