Opening video - why will this not play??

Hi Folks,

I know this is an old issue, but I am bringing it up again. I am running FOF on an XP professional machine. I have the most recent version of Adobe flash player (10+) AND Adobe shockwave. I am running Internet Explorer 8 -- the most recent version. I can play the movie file in Internet Explorer with no problem. However, when I load the game, when the audio gets to the point where it says "fire!", I get a black screen. Nothing locks up -- the game plays just fine. This is just an irritation that the intro movie won't play within the game. Why? Has anyone ever figured this out?

Some people do have strange issues with the embedded Flash player, and I have never, unfortunately, ascertained the reason.
