Uh-Oh: Got a CTD (fixed)

When I selected a new pitcher to relieve an injured pitcher, I got a Run-time error 91 popup. The game froze, and then crashed to the desktop. Two small files now appear in my PS folder -- an ldb and a tm called "65CC68A169C14CB29372335F8C8D1A20"
