1812 scenario

This sequel to the award-winning Crown of Glory takes Napoleonic Grand Strategy to a whole new level. Just noticed that Lannes is still here (he's in Poland). He should be dead. I'll post any more inconsistencies if I find any.

Thanks for catching this.

Could you please repost it in my thread devoted to the next patch? It's much easier to keep track of the needed data file changes if they're all in one place.
