Every and I mean every time you guys issue a patch I have to go thru the same hell to get it. Why don't you just post the damn thing? I am trying to get this patch and it isn't listed for the games I have purchased. This happens every time. So I try to register the game for the millionth time and it says key already used. I know it is there somewhere but i swear I hate this process. I put a curse on you guys so horrible I would be thrown in jail if it became known. Don't bother to reply. I am finished with this game. I don't understand why you guys can't take a reasonable approach to something that should be so simple.

Well, it's not like it's rocket surgery, friend. Go to Members, then you find what you want either in 'My Games' under 'private downloads', or it's in Member downloads.

Wow, you don't even need to go to the Members Club or Register to download this one.

It's on our Public FTP. Only Beta updates (not yet officially released) are posted in the Members Club. You can get official updates by just going to the product page and the Downloads from there, or by using the "True Update" application that comes with your game.

I have to agree with MemoryLeak here, if you register your game, all patches, addons, etc. should all be in one place and they are not!

Sometimes you have to look in three different places to find something! If you register a game it would be nice to have all downloads in one place (resgistered downloads for that game), otherwise registering the game seems like a waste of time.

Three different places for downloads, patches, etc.
Members Downloads
Registered Downloads
Patches & Updates

Then there are private downloads, that makes four places for some games.

True update doesn't always work,(beta patches, or if a beta patch was install you won't get the released version) for all games! It doesn't work if a game needs multiple patches (WITP 1.0 install, it won't install 1.804, then 1.086 or hot fixes with the same version).

Although the poster's tone is counterproductive and slightly psychotic, I do agree that there needs to be one location for all patches, including betas; just label them as such.  I've always felt the Member's Club to be somewhat superfluous.
