airfields and bridges

Post by goodwoodrw »

G'day all,
I have had this game for yonks, but never really got into it. However I have started playing the Overlord scenario, about 50 turns in to be precise. I have two questions
1. How come there only one a/field on the entire french mainland that allies can capture and use?
2. How can you repair bridges over super rivers?

1.- i dont know.

2.- you need an engineer unit or any other unit with engineering and ferrying capabilities then just put it in the hex where the bridge used to be and select repair bridges, it may not work the first time..i think theres a random chance they will repair it. so if it doesnt work wait for next turn and try again. :D
