Will the access database editor ever be released to the general public. I ask because with its ease of use it was a great way to learn about the mechanics of the game and an obvious way of increasing the base of contributers to what is a minority and always will be past time. It was tremendously useful in scenario design as a quick and easy reference source. In comparison the in game editor is clumsy.

Just to sum up what I've said before and reiterate.

The database editors will be included with the other executables once 3.10 is made public beta.  Until then you can get both by applying for them at

We've yet to turn anyone down.  The RE (Access based editors) may not be immediately delivered but it will be sent.
