Awards Bug???

Now I can understand if medals are difficult to earn. That that makes sense.

However, after becoming increasingly skilled at this game (at least in my own humble opinion) I was finding it increasingly strange that after countless engagements where my Destroyer group has annihilated enemy cruisers, carriers, destroyers and frigates in the same mission, that something might be amiss.

That was confirmed when I completed Operation Shining Fortress in five 'game days', moved immediately into Operation Firestorm and did not even receive a campaign medal!

Now, I've been working on this profile for a while and don't want to start again.

Is this a bug?

Can it easily be fixed?

Where is my campaign medal?

Are there some hidden retroactive medals yet to be formally awarded due to some glitch?

As a note I have installed all of the patches I have found for Starshatter.

That's the problem... haven't gotten anything for completing Operation Shining Fortress.

I have completed the training campaign, Operation Highland and Operation Shining Fortress but only have the campaign medal for Operation Highland.

Which in combination to my spacial $%&kicking has led me to believe that there might something be amiss with campaign medals and reward medals.
