Has anyone got the Nikmod Scenarios for Andrew Brown's Standard Map ?

In particular I'm after the 1943 & 1944 starts - Scenario Numbers 143 & 144.

If anyone has these and could send them to me either by PM or e-mail I'd be really grateful.

Those are the ones for the Stock Map. I need the CHS based ones for AB's map that are currently unavailable on Andrew's site.
