My pilots are not being rotated so that they get a rest
6 or 7 go up and all the outhers sit round and wait.
so my best pilots get worn out and then killed!!!
this on my jap cv`s. The pilot part of the game is a bit of a mess
chronically overmanned squadrons and then chronically under manned squadrons.
