I own all the old Talonsoft issued CS games, but I am leaning towards purchasing the JTCS game because of the new features, support and some of the mods being developed by fans on this site. I am perfectly satisfied with purchasing the downloadable version vs the mailed one. After download, can I create backup copies on CD or DVD? Will the program fit on a single CD or DVD? Can I install it on more than one PC (for my own use only) i.e is it copy protected? Do I need to have a CD or DVD in the drive to run the game? Thank you.

It is protected, but you can run it on more than one machine, although you cannot play against those same machines.
