OF Positions for pre-1950 Associations

This is NOT a PureSim glitch, but in the Lahman database itself. After setting up 1920, I noticed that the OF positions are incorrect. The ONLY way to fix this is to manually edit the players. It is unfortunate, but the Lahman database lists these older players as "OF".

Note to Shaun: I've also noted that when players are listed as having played in both the outfield and the infield, PS will list these guys with their infield spots being primary. So, teams having two or three 1B or 3B is not uncommon. The primary OF positions are being overridden. THIS might be a problem with the PS Imports.

So, if one wants to construct a reasonably accurate old-time historical association template, a lot of editing work is required. Be forewarned.

The correct positions can be determined by visiting the online stat libraries such as "Baseball Almanac" or "Retrosheet".
