2009 Players Stats / Projections / Rosters

I came up with a cool idea this morning. I wrote some code to grab updated stats / photos from the web. I am now tweaking a program to import them into Puresim Lahman format.

The import projects their final stats based on their current run rate.

So, when I am done I should have mid-season 2009 players in the Puresim database for our replay fun. The program takes forever to run since it scrapes so much data off the web, but this should be fun.

I'll release an update when I have it all imported.

Wow that should be interesting.  Pujols will probably end up with 60+ homeruns at the rate he's hitting right now.
