Brand new poster here. I have literally been on an island with out internet access since last October. (I doing research on a little island in Okinawa Prefecture, Japan)

I have been playing the old Pacific War since it came out so many years ago, and have always wondered why it was never upgraded. I believe that our collective prayers are to be answered!

Good forum! So many that I have participated in previously always degenerated into flame wars and general idiocy (as opposed to lunacy, which is ok :cool: .)

I look forward to reading more about WITP and eventually being slaughtered in some pbem games by you all!

Have you downloaded and tried the matrix project version from v2.2 on to v3.1, they have made a lot of updates and refinements (not everybody likes all the changes, but with the edirots, what the he11, you can always make your own changes).
Still playing PacWar (but no so much anymore)...
