Serial Number Error

I have experienced repeated errors when the game is launched stating the serial number entered is incorrect.

I purchased H&M and installed via download. This error occurred so I uninstalled and reinstalled with the same result. I waited for the physical shipment and the same problem occurred.

I tried to log this problem at the Helpdesk but received an error when I tried to submit the issue.

Getting frustrated. Please help

Hi Fusilier,

What exact error message are you getting?

Did you turn off any anti-virus/security software when installing? Have you tried turning it off when running the game? Most errors like that are caused by overly aggressive security software trying to interfere with the launch of the game.

Our servers were down last night, did you get the error with the Help Desk then or more recently?
