run time error 339

Last week install the 1.76 patch and was able to play the game but then when i go to play this morning i get run time error 339 saying that the componet msinet.ocx or one of its dependents not correctly registered:a file missing or ivalid.i tried regsvr32 thru the command prompt using adm setting but it will not play the game but if uncheck adm i can play the game but not see the addins like i was able too last week.dont know what happened but wonder if this is a rare occurence

Something must have changed on your system.

I suggest a fresh re-install and reboot.

It was the User Account Control that was causing the runtime 339.once I turned the UAC off the game worked properly
