This sequel to the award-winning Crown of Glory takes Napoleonic Grand Strategy to a whole new level. This represents a complete overhaul of the original release, including countless improvements and innovations ranging from detailed Naval combat and brigade-level Land combat to an improved AI, unit upgrades, a more detailed Strategic Map and a new simplified Economy option. Why can't I control as provence in France to build a depot when playing as France in 1805?

Well the depot must be in a province with a supply source (blue circle), or be adjacent to another friendly depot. Could that be the problem?

Those are the rules. You can't just build a depot anywhere you want. You have to tie it to a supply source. Isn't that historical?

Yeah, it is.  I see the point now.  Pity the poor guys in Modena! Thanks.
