Turn to AD.  Took, roughly, 12 fighters from Juergen and few more from AD.  AD continues to besiege the island of Denn.  Will he take it?

Turn to Russ some hours ago. Here is the first picture from the Northern front. I am blue facing Seille's purple.

I took out 20 fighters to 10 of my own. I started by bombing the factory airbase with my BB flt. I then launched a very successful air strike. I am also landing forces to threaten the town and factory on the northern part of the island. On the southern part, I struck the town with level bombers and found alot of db and destroyed roughly 6.

Further south, I am advancing on a city and a factory. I hope to capture this season by bringing up artillery.

In the South against George, my villagers flee against the relentless onslaught...

Turn sent on to Seille.

Arditis forces are crushed.

Landings of Tom beaten back and some ships sunk. As was expected for 2-3 days the Nap was not worth the napkin it was written on.

Well in any case, I will go under fighting as I expect not to have much chance against Tom.

  What you have to understand AD is that "War Academy" is not worth much now.  It is decimated or reduced quite a bit.  It was well worth what little I invested in keeping it from you.  It was not folly, except yours my friend.  Every turn it was not in your hands was good for me and my ally...as I make good my losses by much more each turn.  You have come late to having as many large cities as we do, as a result, and have just captured a severely reduced one at that.  You are behind in production as a result and now at the mercy of bigger appetites.  ...and as a result you are now beleagured on the other side of your Empire.  You did not win in your insistance in wanting "War Academy"...you have now lost.  My Supreme Commander's perspective anyway.  Now...back to war and proving me wrong![;)][:)]

In my eyes War Academy was not all worth it, you just provided George and Seille with a third member in their alliance. Good job, Arditi. How this is brilliant is beyond me.

You´re funny. You really think it would have been better for AD to let you sit in War Academy forever ?
This is a joke..He not only kicked a lot of your troops in the process he also won a important city back
which will now produce for him. You lost 5 fighters per turn, he won 5 fighters per turn. Pretty easy.
Of course he has to repair first. But this won´t take so much time with the huge engineer units used
in this game.
 
However, it will force you to put not all attention to me. I have already enough attention..... [;)]
 
Sent my turn to George. Not much from my side except sinking some subs. My airforce is not longer a threat.
Vikings fight me very effective with smart landings and naval bombardment. In addition they block same
time the ports of the battlezone. As always hard to survive against Tom.
Evacuated a village which was not longer to defend against SR. I feel like a anvil hammered by two hammers.
It´s a hard anvil, but hard enough ? That´s the question....

Nice play by AD to capture a capital by invasion, that is never easy.

In a few days i have to take over command of AD´s forces for a while since he´ll be off for 2-3 weeks.

Turn to Tom.

My forces liberate 2 Viking villages and welcome their people into our Empire by immediately rebuilding the damaged houses.
At sea a Viking carrier group ventured into range of land-based aircraft which attacked it with great fury. Only a burning battleship managed to limp away from the battle, but our forces will soon track it down...

North was relatively quiet.  I am gearing up for a push against several production sites.  Could not find Seille's AF.  It must of pulled back or re-deployed.
 
South was also relatively quiet.
 
Seems like Seille and I are the only ones who will play through the summer.  We might want to take a break.

  My ships wreck havoc on Juergen's supply lines in support of Tom.  Both powerpoints and supply he has lost.  War Academy is taken back.
 
My ally indicates he wants to make a seperate peace with AD.  Unfortunately, that makes me no longer an ally of Tweber.  Therefore, Juergen, if you want to take those twenty plus planes, on our border, and focus them on Tom.  I will no longer progress the war against you at this point.

Hmm, not sure i like the idea Russ. Not that a break isn´t appreciated, but i think this could screw the game balance.
Even AD decided to make peace with Tweber this doesn´t mean he´ll leave our alliance.
If you now stop fighting me the most important target of YOUR alliance is in danger, taking me out of the game as fast as possible.
 
If you now leave me alone i think this will cause a comeback of my forces. You really want this ?
To be honest i would not like to see a 4:1 situation in the end. 3:2 was ok especially looking at the production. So pls find a solution with Tom.
Tom is fighting me and also George and i can really follow him that he don´t want a 3rd bigger war. I know the situation...
 
I´ll do my turn this afternoon.
 
If most player want a break due to holiday season it´s ok, but i fear this would give a long break since AD is now gone and if i remember right George in august.
As i said i´m willing to play for them. With our alliance this shouldn´t be a problem.

Not much happened. Sunk some subs. Sunk my first cruiser II by artillery....good feeling [:D]
 
I have no problem at all with the summer break. Just thought we´ll continue letting the ally play.
Don´t think i want to takeover production or something [;)] I won´t do that !
I would just continue like beeing George or Archduke following their instructions. But of course i would have
to follow the doctrine of our alliance...means fighting the enemy.
 
But as i said if we want to make a break now it´s ok, but will be a long one then. We´ll come out of the flow
and i don´t think it´s that good.
 
Where do you see the problem if i play now for AD and later for George ?
Do you fear i perform better or maybe screwing the game in some way ? I fear nothing like this.
My both allies perform good and i don´t think i´ll make it much better [:D]. And when they are back they can
take over again. Not like Giacomo in last game...

Either you keep a solid distance from me or you have to fight (like the sub i had to sink in my waters)
