I can't imagine how many troops I would lose if I had that large an army in Bavaria in winter without a source of supply!

Yeah too many to count, somewhere around 30k casualties from being out of supply. I thought for sure I had moved those forces to Wurttemburg, although it wouldn't have mattered as it appears that lone infantry took out both supply depots in Lorraine and Berg. I thought this only happened in the territory you end up in, looks like there's still things I am learning about the game. [:D]

At least you forced me to liberate Bavaria to ensure I pulled it off. Was afraid you'd capture Munich and your supply depot would remain valid if I didn't. Was hoping to catch your second stack in the same way, but alas, it didn't happen.

Love the new supply rules. Lose a link in the chain and the whole chain folds.

Make you right about 30k casualties. That stack in Bavaria suddenly looks a lot smaller.
