Thanks once again for all the effort and hard work! Seems the long wait is almost over! Typical as I'm out the whole month of August practically!

Good news on the release schedule - I've been looking forward to this for a long time. Fortunately I've just retired so will have lots of time.........
Now all I need is my WITP serial number unlocked from my old account, which is long defunct and with an old email address, so I can register the game with my new account and download the manual............
PLEASE!!!

There is a serial number util here, but I think it is a chicken and the egg thing, the game needs to be installed first ... tm.asp?m=849402

Of course you could contact matrix as they are pretty good about record keeping[8D], even if we aren't

Thanks for that, but it's not what I need. I know the serial number, but when I try to register the game to my new account, I'm told the game is already registered to a different account. My old one, which I can't access as I have no password or user info for it, and have changed email since then. If only I hadn't bought WITP the day it came out...........

Same for me, unfortunately. No reply the first time, and an acknowledgement but no action the second time. Perhaps they're too busy rushing around to get the game released.......

When we are about a week away from release (our best guess) we will release the full AE manual in the Members Club to get you started. This download will only be available to those who have registered their copy of WITP.

Regards,

- Erik

Just wondering if the WiTP discount will be in effect at that time or not until AE release day?

It's the weekend and I'm sitting here twiddling my thumbs in anticipation [:)]

(I've read the AE manual preview about 3 times already BTW [:)])

Thanks for the update, this is great news! I was worried that I would not get a chance to get my hands on AE prior to my trip to the sandbox this fall.

Now this may be a silly question however I need to ask as I have my game installed on a portable drive. I will have to install WITP again on my computers harddrive or will having my portable hard drive plugged into my computer be enough?

If not I guess I'll have to spend the month searching for my disks!

I'm guessing that it won't be a problem on a portable drive. That's where I have always had it and CHS installed. Don't think it recognizes any difference between internal and external drives ....
