Is there a scenario included which is designed to mimic the historical dates in which the USA and the Axis minor allies joined the war?

Many would prefer something less scripted, but, at times, I like to play a game that does replicate the dates of war entry for the various allies and axis minors.

No, there is not such scenario, but everything can be done by the modders
