Changelog CEAW 1.06 -> 1.12

Commander – Europe at War Gold is the first in a series of high level turn based strategy games. The first game spans WW2, allowing players to control the axis or allied forces through the entire war in the European Theatre.

Hi there,

i've searched at slitherine and this forum but i can't find any detailed changelog for CEAW. Is there anyone?

Question is about this point: I can't allocate more than 4 labs for each technical research. Is this normal for CEAW 1.12 or is it a bug? I've 26 labs possible for german player but i'am only able to buy at least 20 (4 for each tech research) so my research is slower than possible...
