Does WIF have an editor for it's database of any kind?

No.

I consider that part of a MWIF Design Kit and specifcally excluded it from my contract with Matrix Games (written back in 2005).

I have thrown in stuff that is easy for me to provide, but there is zero commitment from me for it being comprehensive (e.g., you can not edit the units available at the start of each scenario) or easy to use. Messing around with the data files is a rather effortless way to cause the program to crash inexplicably.

Oky doky was just wondering about the use of an editor,if one not available then game as released + updates will be fab cheers!
