Making a league help

Hi,
I just downloaded the freebe and want to enjoy it but,,, I dont know how to make a league, I mean I want a league of Great teams 86 Mets 95 Braves and so on..
How would I do that?

That's a good question. I'm not really sure how you create fully rostered historical teams without going through the player draft.
