Bugged supply chain calculation, when going through allied port.

Hi Marshall, did some testing, after ally in a game said he was unable to place a depot(Karslkrona) in Sweden, while he could trace a supply chain from Konigsberg-Grodno, so eligable supply source.(Konigsberg with fleet).

I get the same error, not in valid supply chain.,,...

It seems the game only checks own-country ports, but you can trace supply from Konigsberg(depot) when part of a valid supply chain(as Grodno is).

Testfile send, with as title close to the above.

Official 1.0505 patch btw.
