3.10 Feature: Updated H3 Launcher

The H3 Launcher has been updated. The following changes were made:

-Support for the new encrypted database format.
-Change to standard INI file format. Old format will be read, standard format will be written.
-Fixes for crashes with certain directory names.

Can you elaborate on what directory names were causing problems?

Database directory names containing ".scn" would possibly cause a crash.
