erasing menus

I'm trying my first play by email game with the 4.3b patch.

After I clicked on the playback button, it played back very slowly. I am running the Across the wire scenario, on a 733mhz pentium with plenty of power, but I noticed the playback was quite slow. I also noticed that while waiting for the playback, when I scrolled my mouse cursor over the menu buttons it turned into a black square and began erasing the graphics. I eventually managed to erase the entire menu bar.

I seem to remember a problem similar to this way back in the past. It only happens in PBEmail, and only when the playback is slow. I tried it in another game (the tutorial) and only moved one unit, then went to the next player's turn. After the unit had finished moving, the cursor returned to normal.

Just thought I'd let you know as this is the beta version.
