I have slots 4,7,8 available. Any place, any time. I prefer to play Soviets but Germany or US will be fine too. Want to get some Red Scare?

Alright, slot 7 it is. You can be SO, and I'll take germany. How does the following sound?

late 1942
12,000 pts
X Large map
Meeting of cource
10% arty
4 air sections
No prelaid mines
No air drops first turn
Say 40 turns to make it interesting.

Random map, but give us clear skies and lets say medium vis like 28-35.

If your up for it I am looking for a large scale engagement so I belive this would do it. Lets just go ahead and use this thread if you don't mind.

I'm using regular 7.1 also. I recreated the setup again and it seems to fail again. Do you want me to set it up and send it to you?

Well here ya go. Man alive what a task. I accedentaly ended up with 3 xtra morters (total of like 75 points) (came with my SS squads and I didn't realize), I figured it would be ok since I completly forgot amo resupply means.

Have my battle plan just worried about the fact that 12000 points buys a whole lotta those big arse tanks of yours.

Hmm... I don't think the practice is to count platoon mortars and AT guns into the arillery cost, so you should be alright? :p

Usualy it to my knowledge it depends on the size of the morters. These are 81mm that came with the SS not the 50mm the usual guys get. And at this stage in the war 81mm is my largest calibure morter.

I wondered about company mortars before too but hey I'm ok with it. BTW, when I set it up, I chose random large map so I was really surprised when I looked at the new map, a lot of my units are for open terrain. The new map is smaller than the one we had before and its covered in woods so let me know if you are ok with it.

I am fine with it. I adjusted my forces for the new terrain. If for no other reason then I couldn't remember at all what I had before :D

Ciao Red,

I would play a battle with you, but I've a low turn rate: about one turn at day no more...

If you agree, what about Germany (Me) vs URSS 44, 6000 pts, C&C off, Meeting Eng.?
