Edytor Grafu Miast.exe

With WW2 Road to Victory I sought to modify ports, cities an city connections using Edytor Grafu Miast.

My post at that time asking for information on using the editor was partially answered, but I was not given specific information on how to make the editor work.

Once again I find this editor present, without documentation. I understand how it modifies polaczenia.csv and how this should be translated into cities_diagram.csv so that the AI can "see" the changes.

The problem in this improved reincarnation of the game is that I can't get Edytor Grafu Miast.exe to save the changes I make. What are the commands?

Does anyone know, or have English instructions.

This program saves (and overwrites) all the changes in polaczenia.csv every time you exit it.

Out of curiosity why did you guys leave Polish file names? This ain't making modding easier I guess.

TO be honest it was previoulsy only developers tool, so I think by releasing them it makes modding easier.

It was just a joke of course releasing the tools is a commendable thing, I meant the Polish file names.
