Ending a scenario

Post by goodwoodrw »

G'day all, I am playing the Overlord scenario, I am around a 110 turns in my score is 256 or so suggesting an overwhelming victory. my question is does the game keep playing until the 200 hundredth turn or what? The game probably won't last that long the Germans are running out units and room. I have pretty encircled them in the south east corner off the map.

Yes it will go until the end. There is no sudden death.

Not exactly. If you eliminate all (air, navy and ground) enemy units the scenario will end whatever its deadline.

Not really impossible if you play against PO.

G'day I have eliminated all ground forces and stationed units on most of the roads entering the map, so no more replacements, but can't eliminate the Luftwaffe so I guess I just call it quits, a bit of an anti climax.[:(]
