Great Patriotic War Axis Human, AI+ Soviets

I'm playing this one all as one front and its my first attempt at it so lets see how this baby works out.

Overview after my first turn of moving everywhere. Still getting a feel for this scenario.

Here are the kills so far for this turn.

I went for a strategy of encircling the soviets and trying to eliminate them easily afterwards we shall see if it works.

Center front after all moves.

[bwheatley]

I wasn't able to do as much encircling in the southern front becuase they don't have the hardware that center and north do. They seem like the red headed step children of the wehrmacht.

And if AGS was the red headed step child of the bunch. Then the romanians are the red headed step childs baby out of wedlock.

i LOST those fighters and bombers by stupid placement. So that won't happen again but it will be expensive to replace those units. We had a couple units mauled but all in all we were in good position to finish the kill fest. We noticed several soviet units retreating into the hinterland as well.

Here is our progress after the previous turn. i'm still having fun fighting with romanians they are lame. but other then that we're still making pretty easy work of the soviets. Should be to minsk next turn.

Another killfest this turn encirled and finished off a ton of units it was not even fair almost. Until the soviets hit back and bloodied a few divisions.

Another vicious turn but this time i made decent progress and took odessa and a few other big cities.

AGC left off here making good progress and going to smash a few HQ's

AGS is cleaning things up and beginning to push eastwards again.

[bwheatley]

The romianian front again they suck but i have some german units to bolster where needed.

The overview. We have odessa we should have the outskirts of kiev in our sights next turn and we should have minsk next turn as well.

My kill to death ratio is still pretty good thankfully.

Ok this is the last turn of movement and combat bonuses i hope i make them count becuase after this its going to get tough!

A lucky raid on an enemy HQ helps disorganize the enemy.

[bwheatley]

We researched infantry level 2. I hope that will turn out to be far more usefull then tank level 2 at least in the short term.
