I was on the road again, 540km in 10 days now... [8D] But damn, I really need other cycling trousers, everyting hurts...

The funny thing is: Before I came to the Alps, I had just 950km in all 2009...

As I've made the descision to start an Florida Ironman 2010, I have to loose 20kg and get a little bit more trained, before [;)]
